Nplay founder Hani Alhaj started the company in 2018 as a specialized hologram provider in Amman, at a time when holographic display technology was barely known in the region. Driven by the belief that "Art should be blended with technology", he grew Nplay into a full innovation ecosystem spanning Virtual Reality, interactive experiences, creative design, digital marketing and cross-border business development.
Today Hani leads teams and partners across Amman, Cairo and the USA, helping companies enter new markets — with a special focus on connecting MENA with China and Europe — and putting immersive VR technology to work for real business results: training, retail, exhibitions and beyond.
أسّس هاني الحاج شركة نبلاي عام 2018 كمزوّد متخصص للهولوجرام في عمّان، وقادها لتصبح منظومة ابتكار متكاملة تجمع الواقع الافتراضي والتجارب التفاعلية والتصميم الإبداعي والتسويق الرقمي وتطوير الأعمال عبر الحدود. يعمل اليوم مع فرق وشركاء في عمّان والقاهرة والولايات المتحدة، ويركّز على ربط منطقة الشرق الأوسط بالصين وأوروبا، وتوظيف تقنيات الواقع الافتراضي لخدمة نتائج أعمال حقيقية.

Founded and developed for hologram solutions — working on the first projects in Jordan.
2021–2023
Added design, construction and marketing solutions — building the full-service capability.
2023–2025
Implementation of major projects, then consultation & business development with a strong network of international partners — including speaking at WAIC.
